This topic makes an author named Christopher McDougall interested and he writes a book entitles Born To Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes and The Greatest Race The World Has Never Seen. This book is about a tribe called Tarahumara Indians of Mexico’s Copper Canyon that has great ability in running.
The author is interested in learning the secrets on how they become a great runner. They have practicing the technique for many centuries. The people are blessed with healthy that enables them to run without taking a rest. Their fit condition supports them to run as far as possible.
