The Last Lecture of Randy Pausch
Reviews of :The Last Lecture [DECKLE EDGE] (Randy Pausch, Jeffrey Zaslow )
The Last Lecture is a book that told us the story of Randy Pausch. He is a professor at the Carnegie Mellon. His major is the computer science. But you shouldn’t think that the book would completely talk about the computer science, not at all. The book would teach us about how Randy Pausch sees his life. This book would give us some better point of view to see so many positive things around us, something that we might couldn’t see anymore.
Randy Pausch has been diagnosed with the terminal cancer. But somehow, Randy doesn’t want to be drowning in the diseases. This is the very excellent book that could give us so many inspirations from him. According to him, as long as the tumor hasn’t large enough to influence his health, he doesn’t have any reasons to give up. In fact, he isn’t giving up at all.
He believes that the book might give so many people some benefits from his story. He combined his experiences, his humors and some excellent inspirations to many people who read the book. It covers so many aspects of his life that surely would give some positive impacts to the readers. Hopefully, many readers could follow his mind stream of seeing the world, and himself.
