My mom told me that my health book was wrong?
I have health class(I'm in 10th grade) and the other day we were learning about different foods and why they do.Well in my book it said that milk helps you lose weight by boosting your metabolism. I told my mom that and she said that milk can't help you lose weight. She said I shouldn't believe everything I read. I said why would they put that in a health book if it wasn't true?
